Originally from New Orleans, now calling the Pacific Northwest home, with new environments come new ideas with new possibilities.  My painting life spans 35+ years - I engage by making things, through exploring interactions and conversations with the mysteries of nature and self; automatic writing, drawing, and dreams play a role in my work, and through listening I eventually find synthesis in my chosen materials, image and form.
